AIA Chesapeake Bay is excited to announce the launch of our Annual Mentorship Program!

This is a brand new program, as of 2022, designed to help shape today’s young professionals. The MISSION and aim of the group mentorship program is to provide partnership and develop productive dialogue across all members of the architectural community. Adding value to AIA membership, the program creates a peer network of engaged professionals and stimulates intergenerational and interdisciplinary dialogue.

This program will include a COMMITMENT of 4 roundtable discussions and one kick-off meeting, 5 meetings total, that will be conducted throughout the year with approximately one meeting per quarter. Meetings will be hosted in person or virtually. Time and place will be decided by each learning group.

The kick-off meeting will be held April 12, 2022 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
