This is a wonderful opportunity for our members to step up and help guide the future of our Chapter. The 2026 Board of Directors will be elected at our Annual Meeting/Holiday Social on December 4th at the new Annapolis showroom of Atlantic Control Technologies (details to follow).
The Board plays a crucial role in shaping our vision and strategic direction, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about our mission. If you or someone you know would be a great fit, we encourage you to submit a nomination.

Eligibility: All members of AIA Chesapeake Bay in good standing are eligible to be nominated to serve. Any members that are licensed architects are eligible to be President-Elect/President.
Nomination Process: Please fill out the Candidate Information Form and email it to the Chapter office: [email protected].
Deadline: Deadline to submit Candidate Application Form is November 26, 2025 by 5:00 PM.

We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:
- Architect (at-large) Directors (Assoc AIA are eligible for this position as well)
- President
- President Elect / Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Emerging Professionals Director
- Allied Member Directors
