Job Description
ABS Architects LLC is regionally known for creating extraordinary residences as well as beautiful commercial projects. Our commitment is to delivering exceptional design with a focus on quality and innovation as well as incorporating Green design. This is a full-time in-office role for an Architect, Senior Residential Designer. This candidate will be responsible for collaborating with a Principal to lead residential design projects, overseeing an architectural design team and eventually to assist in managing the construction administration efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients, developing design concepts, and ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- at least 7 years experience in Custom Home/House design.
- Excellent project management, client communication/people skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design, Adobe Suite, SketchUp.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred.
Compensation Range: TBD – commensurate with experience
